Ragni
Founder of Mountains & Mind Ski Guide & Facilitator
Ragni is a heart-led ski guide, facilitator and the founder of Mountains & Mind and the guiding brand Skadi. With over a decade of guiding experience, 7.5 years of outdoor leadership education and a background in sport science and mindfulness, she creates transformative alpine experiences where adventure meets presence. Known for her calm, grounded leadership, Ragni blends technical mountain competence with emotional depth. Her approach is rooted in a sustainable, feminine way of leading in the mountains — honoring both strength and softness, challenge and restoration. She leads all mountain adventures and co-facilitates mindset, reflection and presence practices throughout the retreat.
Samantha
Co-Host / Yoga & Mindfulness Guide
Samantha is a yoga teacher, back-office badass and facilitator known for her warm, intuitive presence and ability to guide deep, reflective conversations. With a strong background in mountain operations and hospitality leadership — paired with training in yoga philosophy, mindful movement and hosting — she helps women reconnect with themselves through grounding practices and mindful movement.As a passionate skier, climber and mountain runner living in Isfjorden, she brings both the fire of adventure and the calm of inner rest. She leads the retreat’s yoga and mindfulness sessions and joins the group in the mountains to support the shared journey and group dynamic.Her energy is empowering, grounding and deeply human — the perfect complement to Mountains & Mind.
